Flaherty coached in all three NCAA Divisions, starting in Division II with Felician University before being head coach of Bates College from 2012 to 2017 and finally spending four seasons with Division I Ivy League Dartmouth College.
At Dartmouth, Flaherty helped guide the team to wins over Michigan State, Princeton and Harvard and also contributed to the development of five MLS draft picks.

Elmer Zelaya has 6 years of collegiate soccer coaching experience in NCAA Division 1 and Division 2. He was the Director of Soccer Operations at Southern Methodist University Men's Soccer from 2017-2020 & 2021-2022, Graduate Assistant Women's and Men's Soccer Coach at Ohio Valley University from 2020-2021, Assistant Women's Soccer Coach at the University of Texas of Permian Basin from 2022-2023. Elmer was named Interim Head Women's Soccer Coach in October 2022 for the remainder of the 2022 Fall season. He is absolutely excited about joining TikiTaka College Prep as a Recruiter/Scout for College Placement.

AJ has been coaching and training players for over a decade. He has trained players at all levels from youth, high school, college, and semi pro. AJ also specializes in athletic development (Speed, strength, agility) utilizing the Vertimax.
